How to pitch

Email your pitch. Send it to info@lordreverb.com with the subject "Guest article pitch".
We read it. We look at the angle, your background and how useful the piece would be to producers and engineers.
We reply with a decision. A yes, a no, or suggestions to sharpen the idea. We agree on format and timing together.
Editorial feedback, then publication. You get editorial feedback before we publish. The article goes live with your byline and author profile.

What to include in your pitch

Your name and a link to your site, portfolio or previous writing
Your background, for example "8 years producing neo soul" or "mix engineer, home studio since 2016"
The topic and a working headline
Three or four sentences on the angle and why it helps producers and engineers

Not a guest writer? If you are an artist, producer, label or music brand and want an article, newsletter or guide written for you, or published on LordReverb as clearly labelled sponsored content, we are open to discussing it. Anything commissioned or sponsored on our site is always labelled, and we never publish undisclosed paid content.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to write the full article before pitching?

No. A solid pitch is enough: a headline and a few sentences about the angle.

What do contributors get?

A byline and author profile on the article, a link back to your site or social, access to an audience of producers and engineers, and editorial feedback before publication.

Can I send something I already published elsewhere?

No. We do not publish reposts. The article has to be new.

Can I use AI to write my article?

We do not publish pure AI-generated text with no human perspective. We want writing from people who actually use the gear and have something to say.

Can I mention a product I have a relationship with?

Only if you disclose the relationship. We do not publish paid-for reviews or undisclosed sponsored content.

Do you offer ghostwriting or commissioned articles?
