This policy explains what cookies LordReverb uses, why, and how you can control them.

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They help sites remember your preferences, keep you logged in and understand how visitors use the site.

How we ask for your consent

When you first visit LordReverb, a cookie banner appears. You can accept all cookies, accept essential cookies only, or open the preferences panel to choose by category. Your choice is saved in your browser. You can change it at any time by clicking the cookie icon in the bottom-right corner of any page.

When you make a choice, a consent record is logged server-side (see our Privacy Policy for details). This is required under Art. 7 GDPR.

Cookie categories

Essential

These cookies are required for the site to work. They cannot be turned off.

• Clerk session cookies — keep you logged in to your account. Set by Clerk (our authentication provider) when you sign in. Expire when you sign out or after the session timeout.
• Consent preference cookie — stores your cookie banner choice so the banner doesn't reappear on every page. Contains no personal data.

Analytics

Only active if you have accepted analytics cookies. These help understand how visitors use the site — which pages are popular, where people come from and how they navigate. Google Analytics is used for this purpose. No analytics data is collected without your consent.

• _ga — Google Analytics. Distinguishes unique visitors. Expires after 2 years.
• _ga_* — Google Analytics session cookie. Maintains session state. Expires after 2 years.

Marketing

Only active if you have accepted marketing cookies. These allow Google Ads to measure ad performance and show relevant ads to people who have visited the site. No marketing data is collected without your consent.

• _gcl_au — Google Ads conversion tracking. Links ad clicks to actions on the site. Expires after 90 days.

Third-party services that do not set tracking cookies

Google Fonts is self-hosted — no requests go to Google's servers for fonts, so no font-tracking cookies are set. Cloudflare R2 serves studio photos and avatars from dedicated storage and sets no tracking cookies. Supabase (database) operates server-side only and sets no browser cookies.

How to manage your preferences

Click the cookie icon in the bottom-right corner of any page to open the preferences panel. You can change your choices at any time — changes take effect immediately.

You can also manage or delete cookies directly in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will affect how the site works — you may not be able to stay logged in.
