80s Movie Soundtracks: Top Gun and More

Neon, synths and choruses made for the credits: 80s Movie Soundtracks is a Spotify playlist curated by Lord Reverb with the biggest songs from Back to the Future, Top Gun, Footloose and more.

Gated reverb snares, saxophone solos and a montage hiding in every chorus. You'll want a leather jacket. You'll want to run in slow motion. We won't judge either one. Every chorus is trailer-sized. Sing it anyway, even when the credits roll and nobody wants to leave the couch.

Think retro parties, rewatches, movie nights and car singalongs with the windows down. Press Open in Spotify, follow it and the full 80s movie night is ready whenever you are. Rewind further with Classic Movie Soundtracks, 90s Movie Soundtracks and TV Theme Songs and Series Soundtracks.

This one is a love letter to the originals, so it's closed to submissions. Our other playlists take new music, and sending is free.
